the meter has a rotary dial with lots of hierglyphics but there is nothing explaining what it all means. you have to go on-line but even then its not helpfull. i tested it on a 12 volt battery on its dc V~750 setting and got "23" returned as voltage? So its difficult to understand. I will return it for something better.
