It’s effective for clamping on the tail area, but isn’t quite effective for fish with fat mouths - the clamp doesn’t open wide enough. It works well with fins and tails even on larger catch. It comes with screws and it worked great with some standard HPDE board. It’s also great for keeping fish in place when descaling. Overall, good to help with small and medium sized catch.
