This is great. Probably wouldn’t use in a restaurant setting, I’d get a much more known brand. Both my wife and I have worked in restaurants our whole lives, so we are used to these. I don’t know why but a regular can opener only has about a year of life before it breaks in our house. This thing will probably last the rest of our lives, with maybe a blade change or two, in our home use scenario. It does take a little finesse to puncture enough, but not crush regular sized cans. Probably wouldn’t have that same problem at all with #10 restaurant sized cans, but who uses those in their own house.It is hard to keep it from wobbling around takes two people to work it. I mounted it on a work surface but the opener wobbles in the bracket. I would not buy it again.Had to push very hard to get knife in cansfor preparing breakfast for motelThis is a copy of my old unit which is very old..I received a parts list with the new one, but after contacting the seller, found out that parts are not available.Not much good if you can't get parts when needed.Great product, makes big cans EASY!This is a heavy weight opener. It works well, but takes some muscle to turn.Great item
