Swivel Pad Moves Freely To Adapt To Various Surfaces
The common C-clamp is usually nothing to write a remarkable review about. But this product has been my go-to for keeping things together and staying out of sight when used properly.I stacked some old crates that resemble the crates used for sending fruit and vegetables to the market. When I bought these crates back in the '70's and 80's of the past century, they were great for storing my 33 RPM recordings and record turntables and sound equipment of that era. Today, they are still usable for that purpose, but when they are stacked high enough, they could become a dangerous trap here in earthquake country. That's where these clamps come into "play." I clamp every crate to the one above it, using a single clamp near the center of the crate. If the height is above my head, then it's time to use two clamps for the "upper berths."These clamps are strong, easy to use, and do the job well, for bookcases, crates, and other furnishings. They may save a life someday, when the next "big one" shakes the house. The clamps clamp you can't ask for more from a clamp.Bought four, three showed up, and one was crooked. The bolt is crooked 1/4" or so. So it'll clamp but won't have as much pressure generated. The one that didn't show up is Amazon's fault. Anyway, they're bessey clamps for cheap. They'll clamp but don't expect the world of them at this sub $4 price. These are a great small to medium sized clam they work very smoothly and I've been very sturdy for meInexpensive clamp for small projects, just what I needed. Does the job and feels nice and sturdy. Get it…Getting a lot of use and glad i got these at a great priceIn the absence of a bench vise or in scenarios where said vise would not suit your needs, a clamp like this or two will definitely hold down things like small knives and other similarly sized metalwork. Even a beginner like myself can use it with ease to--say--carve out a bevel on annealed steel with a chainsaw file while not having to worry about the steel slipping.I will definitely get a second one in the future--should've bought more than one on my end.Not much can be said, does what it claims at a fair price.la serre est très petite bon c est un peu mon erreur aussi de m avoir plus fier à la photos qu à la dimensionComprarei mais dessa marca.Atendeu minhas necessidadesHolds a sturdy graspGreat clamps for holding shade paneling over patio
